Creator business data:

payment details (e.g., PayPal/bank/Wise information), invoicing details, tax identifiers where legally required, agency affiliation.

Content data:

videos, images, audio, and text you submit, including your image, voice, and likeness appearing in that content, plus associated metadata (upload time, device-embedded metadata, brief association).

Communications:

messages, revision notes, and support correspondence exchanged through the Platform or email.

Usage and technical data:

IP address, browser and device type, log data, pages viewed, and actions taken on the Platform, collected via cookies and similar technologies.

2. How We Use Data

• Operate the Platform: accounts, brief assignment, submission, review, and approval workflows
• Pay creators and maintain financial/tax records
• Use accepted content in marketing and advertising as licensed under our Terms of Service
• Communicate with you about your application, briefs, revisions, payments, and Platform updates
• Send promotional and marketing emails (opt-out available in every promotional email)
• Measure content and campaign performance
• Secure the Platform, prevent fraud and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell personal data.

5. International Transfers

We may process data in countries outside your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

10. Children

The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; accounts found to belong to minors will be closed.

11. Changes

We will post updates to this policy on the Platform and update the effective date. Material changes will be notified via email or in-Platform notice.
